Welcome to Tierra Del Mar South's website.

Tierra Del Mar South is a 59 unit condiminum association located on Route A1A across from the Atlantic Ocean.  Built in 1975, the owners of TDMS are truly a community of neighbors who look out for each other.

Along with the ocean across the street, we have a pool, clubhouse, and tennis court.
